NotJustPapers.com provides a full refund service where you are not completely satisfied with the item or items you receive. You may, within 90 days of purchase return the item to us at the address below and we will either provide a product of equivalent size and value (should you so choose) or refund your entire purchase (less the cost of postage to you) within 30 days of the unused items being returned to us.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

Refunds

NotJustPapers.com will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order or direct credit your bank account.
